The veterinarian had to shave off part of my dog’s fur in order to give him stitches. He needed stitches after he was bitten by another dog. The bite was very deep and bled for a long time. My dog couldn’t reach the area, so there weren’t any problems with him trying to open the stitches. After several weeks, the area was healed and the stitches were removed.
